What is a traffic exchange?

A Traffic Exchange or TE as they are known, is an advertising platform where members of the site can view each others websites. Otherwise, you could say that it means "You show me your website, and I'll show you mine". Therefore you are exchanging traffic. Members exchange site views with other members. Traffic Exchanges can actually be a very inexpensive form of advertising and can yield huge results when used properly.

How Do I Receive Hits?

The first step is to sign up to TE Search so that you can then:
Login to your members area and click 'surf' in the top navigation menu. This will open the surfbar where you will view other members' sites. You will earn credits or partial credits for every site you view. If you upgrade you will get more credits per view. You can earn bonus credits from surfing games and prize pages. Keep your eyes peeled on the sites in rotation to claim these surfing bonuses.


How do I use the surfbar?

Click "Surf" in the top navigation menu. Once the surfbar has loaded you will see a timer countdown at the top. Wait until the timer has counted down. You will see some images appear. Simply click the image that matches the one on the left to proceed to the next site.


How can I make money with TE Search?

You can earn income from TE Search by using your affiliate url and promoting our site. When any of your first level referrals make an advertising purchase, you will make affiliate income.

Terms:

By registering for TESearch you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. You agree to only have one account (1 Account Per IP/Household). If more than one person that lives in your home wants to use our service, please contact us. Only 1 person may use your account, you must not share your account information with anyone with the exception of business owners that may have individuals working for them. You must use your real name and a valid email address when you register.

TESearch reserves the right to change any of the terms of service without notice.

Promoting TESearch:

You may not promote TESearch in a way that could be considered spamming.

You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it.

Promoting TESearch in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your TESearch account and possible legal action. 

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using TESearch. 

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains.

TESearch is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues

URL Rules:

A) Before submitting a URL to TE Search, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. This is an advertising site - however discretion of what you are advertising within this site is completely up to me. I can't include ALL of what I won't allow - but i will say NO MLMs, HYIP, Matrix, PTC, PTR, Revshares (or Revenue Sharing Programs), Cash Gifting programs, Gambling and anything else I see as a "risk". My suggestion is to build a list. Contact me if you don't know how, and want to know how. TE Search reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to extreme adult content, pornography, racial or hate issues, vulgar language or profanity, illegal content, inappropriate images, and violence. Member sites must be in English to ensure content meets the above limitations. Any site which interrupts smooth surfing will be suspended. These include, but are not limited to, framebreakers, exit pop ups, and agent pop ups. A member who continues to add these sites will be banned.

B) Members who are caught cheating the system will be suspended and any commissions will be removed from their accounts.

C) All members must remain active to receive commissions. Members must login and surf 25 pages over a 60 day period or any cash commissions will be converted to advertising. Upgraded members are excluded from the surfing requirement but must login and assign credits every 90 days.

D) Keeping sites in rotation is the life blood of a traffic exchange. We reserve the right to assign credits listed in members accounts.

E) Members may not resell advertising earned at TE Search, this includes credits, banners or text ads.

F) Using bot software is strictly prohibited for surfing TE Search. Any member found to be using bot software will be suspended without notice.

G) Only one member account per person. Members who sign up for multiple accounts will be suspended.

H) You may not sell/trade any credits that you have earned in any way. You may not re-sell any TE Search credits that you have purchased or earned unless you are the owner of the co-op.
Member based Co–ops which resell or trade traffic are not allowed as this constitutes the re-purposing of TE Search earned or purchased traffic.

Competition Rules:

All Competitions at TESearch are held within set time frames - These will be clearly stated with details of currently running competitions.

Surfing Competition winners will be selected randomly from those members that qualify for the currently running competition - Third party randomising software is used to select the winners.

Any Referrals signed up using "paid to sign up" sites during any of our referral contests WILL NOT count in the standings

Any Referrals signed using the same IP address will be suspected of cheating and will be suspended.

Referral accounts must be active, therefore have surfed 100 pages after confirming account. Any accounts NOT active will be discounted from competition.

Prizes only awarded in referral competitions for affiliates that refer 3 or more active (ie need to surf 100 pages during competition time period) referrals.

Affiliates who are paid for promotions by TESearch will be excluded from referral contests.

Payment Rules:

A minimum of $10.00 is required before any commissions will be paid out.

Payments are made each Saturday, .please submit a support ticket to request

 

Please be aware. There is a 14 day waiting period before cashing out sales and cash prizes - This is due to the refund policy of our payment service.

Account Suspensions:

If your TESearch account is suspended for breaching the terms or failing the automatic cheat prevention then any outstanding commissions will be automatically removed. 

Re-instatement of balances to re-activated accounts in this situation will be done on a case by case basis and will usually only be available to accounts where commissions relate to referral purchases.

You are strictly prohibited from artificially accumulating credits to your account by any means and cheaters will be removed and banned. This includes, but is not limited to, any exploitation of any potential holes within the system and/or the use of 'bots, automatic clickers, etc.' This includes, but is not limited to: prize pages, games, or any other area within the site.

Members MUST use their LEGAL NAME when registering. Users identified as NOT USING their LEGAL NAME will be suspended pending a review.

Members who's accounts have been inactive for a period of greater than 15 months risk having their accounts suspended and their credits and commission removed.

Account Cancellation:

If you decide to remove your account or wish to cancel a subscription you agree to login to your payment service account and cancel your subscriptions yourself. 

Cancelling your subscription is your responsibility. 

We cannot refund subscription payments if you fail to do this yourself.

We do not delete accounts from our system. If you wish to have your account deleted then you will need to do so yourself.

 Purchase Rules

All Purchases made at TESearch are final and can be made via our payment service or via commisions.

TESearch does not currently accept e-cheque payments.

TESearch reserve the right to withhold or withdraw all membership benefits or credit packages until all payments are cleared. Failure to honor payments can result in suspension of your account.

TESearch does not allow accounts to fall into negative credit status - any cancellation or withdrawal of payment after a service is received will result in an immediate suspension of the members account until the balance is settled or alternative arrangements have been made.

Refund Policy:

TE Search provides a digital advertising product and service. Due to the nature of the product and service there will be NO REFUNDS provided. TE Search does not guarantee results from using our product as this is solely the responsibility of the user.

TE Search is in no way associated with any payment processor and merely uses them to process payments for advertising purchases.

Furthermore, TE Search will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages, or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with any payment processor and any other aspects of their account. If any member cancels their TE Search account, that member will be responsible for cancelling any subscriptions member may have with TE Search through the payment processor source. Member MUST go to the payment processor and cancel the subscription otherwise the monthly fees will continue. YOUR Payment Processor account is YOUR responsibility!

TE Search will not issue any refunds for credits purchased or for failure to cancel services. Subscribed members must login monthly to receive the monthly credit allotment which comes with the subscription.

Your relationship to TE Search is one of an independent contractor and/or customer. No employee-employer relationship is created by your use of the Service. You do not have any obligation to refer new members to the TE Search Program. TE Search HAS NO OBLIGATION TO OFFER THE SERVICE OR OTHER PROMOTIONS TO YOU.

Privacy Policy:

TESearch will never rent, sell, trade, or otherwise share your information with anyone at anytime unless required by law.
